What To Do in Miami in Three Days (Bachelorette Party Guide)

During the Spring of 2019 my best friend from Stout University invited me and three girlfriends on a bachelorette party of a lifetime. Two nights at a luxury hotel in Miami, amazing Cuban and Mexican dining, endless beaches and an escape from Minnesota winters.

In this post I’ll take you along our journey, and drop off bachelorette party guide tips on where to stay, what to eat and what to do (including several travel hacks) so you can dominate Miami on your next trip.

Where to stay

The Fountain Bleu $$$

Tips and Tricks: To get the most tout of your 3 day trip remember to arrive early and leave later in the day to maximize fun! I recommend getting there 2:00pm or earlier. If the rest of the girls arrive later, don’t sweat it, check in your luggage and cool down by the pool. They have fruit infused water and waiters walking around ready to take your food or Cocktail orders as the pool boys lie towels down on your chosen recliner.

Plan Ahead:

🏢Book a hotel suite one-two months in advance to get the best price. I highly recommend the 2 bedroom suite w/Ocean View at the Fountain Bleu.  (Insider Tip: If you are anything like me, you are thrifty where it matters and don’t want to spend money on overpriced mini fridge liquor. At the fountain Bleu you do not have the option of removing the items from the mini fridge unless you are paying for them and if you ask for another fridge there is a charge for $30 per DAY! Us travel hackers are not going to fall for that money trap though. Tell them that you need it for medical purposes, like refrigerating a prescription, and get the mini fridge for NO COST…Better yet, tell them before your arrival so they will have it all set up for you before all the ladies arrive.

✈️😂👍🏾Try to book flights 2-3 months months in advance for the best flight deals and to make sure you get the arrival time you want. If you are looking at saving the most money, book your flight in September for the cheapest prices.

Where to eat:

Dessert-Chez Bon Bon  $$$

Come here for arguably some of the best desserts you have have tasted in your live! This is where anyone from A-list celebrities and local connoisseurs go to to find the most exquisite confections in Miami. And I can tell you from my personal experience that it is 100% worth all of the hype.

Gelatato South Beach Miami

BEST Gelato in Miami. What made this spot even SWEETER was that they get there ingredients imported from Italy AND use fresh fruits from local farmers. Less Calories and More Flavor?! YES PLEASE!!!

Joe’s Stone Crab $$$
Address11 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139

If your lookin for a classy date night and eating the finest crab in Miami, then this is the restaurant for you. I highly recommend the King Crab, Brussels Sprouts and Crab Cakes! The Crab cakes and brussels were definitely alot for the value and super flavorful!

Malibu Farm Miami Beach $$$$
Address: 4525 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140

This is an amazing place for any health conscious travelers out there, if you are vegan or vegetarian, or if you want want to prevent getting bloated while in your bathing suit. The food is AMAZING and it is right on the beach so the view is just as incredible. I loved the salad bowls especially. My only complaint about this place is the hefty price for not much food (but your paying for the views). Plates run anywhere from $18-76.

Havana 1957 $$
Address1410 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (Multiple Locations)

My first favorite cuban restaurant, It felt very authentic and if you come hungry I would HIGHLY recommend the Tostones Rellenos (Stuffed Plantain Cups). It is the best way to sample multiple flavors. And boy is it flavorful! It is juicy, tender and flavor bursting out of every bite. The chicken and beef were my favorites but the shrimp was also very good,

Best in Nightlife

I Lov305 Steakhouse and Nightlife $$$ (FREE if you find a PROMOTER)
Address: 1060 OCEAN DRIVE MIAMI, FL 33139 USA

Great place to start the night. Free drinks if you wait outside long enough to get spotted by a promoter. You might even see a celebrity spotting. It is owned and operated by Mr. 305 aka Pitbull! XD Super fun latin music and definitely some instagramable spots inside.

Nikki Beach $$$ (FREE if you find a PROMOTER)

Address1 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139

My FAVORITE beach side restaurant and night bar. Celebrities and Miami locals flock to this place. During the day you can enjoy a day bed or cabana on the beach, creative cocktails, and incredible lunch. Check their event calendar to keep up to date with the latest brunch parties, cocktail hours and nightlife.

LIV Miami $$$$ (FREE if you find a PROMOTER)

Address4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140

Located inside the Hotel Fontainebleau Miami…

Most popular for their celebrity sightings. LIV is the most raved and hyped up club in Miami. For our group we thought it was a little over hyped. It is expensive to get in at $100.00/person, but if you get in for free it could be worth it for you. My friends and I decided to try to get in for free by asking at the gate entrance. After we were denied free entrance and started walking away we were quickly approached by a promoter that got us in for free. The promoter left us after he got us in, there was no free VIP Access and drinks at this club.

Rockwell Miami !!! $$$ (FREE if you find a PROMOTER)

Address:743 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139

Super fun club with amazing dance music with a latin/hip hop flair and professional dancers. Got in here for free from a promoter we met on the street. If you can find a promoter you can expect free top of the shelf liqueur in the VIP section, FIJI water and no pressure to drink from the promoters.

Conclusion

Wherever you find yourself in Miami, remember one thing: You’re in Miami B*tcH! This land has been the setting for so many movies, amazing historical moments, US history and of course bachelorette parties.  So enjoy every minute of it!
